Anime-wise, it's definitely
Psyduck
The anime creators do an amazing job of making him truly annoying. I really do feel like Misty sometimes with how frustrating this duck is. I love ducks. Farfetch'd is one of my favorites. But omg Psyduck just gets on my nerves.
In the games, I'd have to say
Snorlax
Especially if you're fighting him with Prof. Kukui as his trainer. I never had to use so many potions in one fight. At one point in my battle, it was just each of us healing our pokemon non-stop!
